Privacy Policy

Vigniti operates this website. This policy covers the Vigniti website only, not any third-party store or payment page you may be sent to when pre-orders open.

We do not ask you to create an account. The only personal information we collect on this site is your email address, if you type it into the pre-order form to reserve a copy of Songs for the Voiceless.

Downloading a worksheet does not require an email address or any other information.

When you visit the site, our host may also log ordinary technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you open. We use that to keep the site running, not to build a profile of you.

We do not collect payment card numbers on this website. When pre-orders open, payment is taken on a separate, secure payment page under its own privacy policy.

If you reserve a copy, we use your email to send the pre-order link, price and delivery details, and occasional notes about Vigniti products and updates. We will not sell your email or use it for unrelated advertising.

Your email is sent to Beehiiv, the service we use to manage our list and send those messages. Beehiiv processes that data for us. Their own policy is at beehiiv.com/privacy.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or with a service that hosts or maintains this website, only as needed to run the site.

We use Amplitude to understand how the site is used, for example which sections people read and whether the pre-order form works. Amplitude stores a random identifier in your browser so that repeat visits can be counted once. It does not know your name or email unless you reserve a copy.

This site does not run advertising cookies. If that changes, we will update this page first.

We keep your email on the list until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security and operations.

You can unsubscribe from any email using the link in the message. You can also ask us to correct or delete your email, or to tell you what we hold, by writing to hi@vigniti.com.

Our worksheets are made for families and classrooms, but the pre-order form is not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect email from anyone under 13. If you believe a child submitted an address, contact us and we will delete it.

If this policy changes, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
